You’ll Need…

HAIR: Moroccan Oil is no secret, in fact, it has gone global and that’s because its bloody good stuff. You can buy it here or from most salons. This stuff has tamed my over bleached, over frazzled and over sun dried nest and is slowly transforming it into a healthier, shinier mane. THANK GOD.
SKIN: The most vital holiday necessity, Sun cream – it’s a tad pricier but Riemann’s P20 lasts for 10 hours and rubs on like an oil without the grease. Water resistant. Once a day. Hello Mr Perfect! Piz Buin who?

BOOK: I enjoy reading but don’t often have time. It’s rare you get a chance to indulge in a really deep book and be able to have the head space to absorb it all. Meet ‘The Celestine Prophesy’, described on Amazon as…
“You have never read a book like this before…

The Celestine Prophecy contains secrets that are currently changing our world. Drawing on the ancient wisdom found in a Peruvian manuscript, it tells you how to make connections between the events happening in your own life right now…and lets you see what is going to happen to you in the years to come.

The story it tells is a gripping one of adventure and discovery, but it is also a guidebook that has the power to crystalize your perceptions of why you are where you are in life…and to direct your steps with a new energy and optimism as you head into tomorrow.

A book that comes along just once in a lifetime to change lives forever.”
Says it all.
CUDDLES: Yes, this beautiful little bambino is my baby sister and was the life and soul of the holiday. I couldn’t get enough of seeing her enjoy her first flight, first swim, first holiday.

RELAXATION: Crystals are fabulous for their healing purposes. I kept this piece of Green Fluorite by my sun bed all week – it is said to boost concentration, absorb negativity, help decision making and open the heart to dissolve emotional traumas. There was no denying that it made me see light of some current obstacles and relax me further into that comfy lounger.
